Refund policy

Refund Policy At Crocs A Goat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return the item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at benjamingoat777@gmail.com. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
